What you are booking
Care that is practical, respectful and easy to see.
We keep the service straightforward. The work is carried out at the grave, and photographs are sent afterwards so you have a clear record of the visit.
One intensive reset visit - £300, with before-and-after photographs included.
Designed for graves that have become heavily overgrown, weathered or neglected and need considerably more attention than a standard maintenance visit.
See genuine Never Forgotten before-and-after work.
What the visit can include
- Thorough clearance of weeds, leaves and accumulated debris
- Careful cutting back of overgrowth around the plot
- More detailed headstone cleaning using an appropriate, gentle approach
- Tidying and resetting the visible grave area
- Removal of green waste created by our work
We do not carry out structural memorial restoration, stone repairs or specialist masonry work. If we find something that needs specialist attention, we'll tell you rather than risk damaging the memorial.
Photographs included
We send before-and-after photographs so you can clearly see the work completed.
Finishing touches
If the grave is suitable, you can add fresh flowers or seasonal planting. If you want ongoing care after the reset, we can then move the grave onto a regular care plan.
What happens next
We keep the practical side simple.
You do not need to know every plot detail before booking. Give us what you have and we will let you know if anything else is needed.
Tell us about the grave
Give us the cemetery, the name on the grave and any plot information you have.
We arrange the visit
We plan the work around the grave's condition, the service booked and cemetery rules.
You see the result
After completed visits, we send photographs so you can see the grave and the work carried out.

Tell us about the grave and we will help.
Send us the cemetery, the name on the grave and any location details you have. A photograph helps, but it is not essential.
