You do not need to have every detail before getting in touch. Send us what you know and we will help you work out the next step.

Useful information to include

• The cemetery or burial ground
• The name on the grave
• Any plot, section or grave number you have
• What you would like help with - or simply a photograph if you are not sure
• Any important date, such as an anniversary or family visit

If you do not know the exact grave location, please still contact us. We can often work with the information you do have and will let you know if we need anything further.

What happens next

We will review the details, confirm whether the cemetery is within our service area and advise which option is most appropriate. For unusual, heavily overgrown or unclear plots, we may ask for additional information before confirming the work.

After a completed grave-care visit, we send photographs so you can see the result.
